    Creative

"Born and raised in India, I’ve spent much of my adult life living and working across different parts of Europe. This experience  gave me profound lessons in the power of curiosity, openness, and seeing beyond what feels familiar, something that also shapes the way I facilitate, coach, and create spaces for reflection and growth.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across leadership development, facilitation, and coaching across global organizations. My work integrates psychology, experiential learning and psychometric coaching tools to help individuals and teams to explore their strengths,  enhance personal effectiveness and move towards their potential with greater clarity and purpose.
