Spark My Future is a 4-month free programme designed for young women recently graduated who want to step into the world of work with confidence and clarity.
You might feel excited, but also overwhelmed. Unsure about which direction to choose, how to present yourself, or how to stay true to who you are in a fast-paced, performance-driven world. This programme is for you if you’re looking for clarity about your next steps, confidence in yourself and your abilities, and a sense of community with other young women who are in the same phase of life.
At Spark My Future, you don’t have to figure it out alone. We create a supportive space where you can reflect, grow and take your first career steps with confidence, clarity and connection.
What’s in the programme?
★ 3 1:1 coaching sessions with a certified coach
★ 3 Practical workshops on building confidence, strengths & values and personal branding
★ A supportive network of peers & experienced mentors at the start of your career
Who is it for?
Spark My Future is for final-year or recently graduated female students from all fields of study who are about to step into the world of work and want to do that confidence, in a way that truly fits them.
When is the next cohort?
We are currently running an Amsterdam cohort.
In September 2026 we will be running in Rotterdam and Utrecht.

How your contribution supports our work
Spark My Future is powered by a network of experienced professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to support the next generation of female talent.
Your contribution funds the core infrastructure of the programme: locations, recruitment, systems and operations. It allows us to reach more women, run more cohorts and build a community that continues to create impact long after the programme ends.
It will allow us to scale our impact.

Spark My Future is a registered ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation) in the Netherlands.
This means your donation may be tax deductible and that we meet strict requirements for transparency and public benefit.
All funds are used to maximise impact and support the next generation of female leaders.
