This programme is free of charge, made possible by experienced female professionals who volunteer their time to support and uplift the next generation of female talent. Because we believe in you and in what happens when women lift each other up.

Each cohort has 20 spots available. Early applicants are guaranteed a place.
Once these spots are filled, we work with a waiting list and review applications based on motivation and the overall composition of the group.
If we receive a high number of applications, we always explore ways to create additional space where possible.
If you’re not admitted right away, don’t worry, spots can open up and you might still be able to join.
