Spark My Future is powered by a network of experienced professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to support the next generation of female talent.
Your contribution funds the core infrastructure of the programme: locations, recruitment, systems and operations. It allows us to reach more women, run more cohorts and build a community that continues to create impact long after the programme ends.

our mission
We are Harriet and Becky, founders of Spark My Future. We are here for gender equality, and we believe the most powerful place to create change is at the very start of a career. Because despite progress, the gaps are still very real: women continue to earn less and face structural barriers early on.
Not because they lack ambition or talent. In fact, when women are equally supported and sponsored, the ambition gap disappears (Women in the Workplace, 2025). What’s missing is the right support at the right moment, and that is where we focus.
Too many women start without the confidence, clarity and support they need to navigate this phase. When that foundation is missing, it shapes the choices they make and the paths they follow.
We support young women at the start of their careers to build confidence, clarity and agency, so they can step into their future with direction and trust in themselves.
When she starts the right support, everything that follows changes. Not just for her, but for the systems she becomes part of.
Our impact
At Spark My Future, we focus on this exact moment. And we see what becomes possible when women are given the space, guidance and support to reflect, choose and step forward with confidence.
Our results show a 50% increase in confidence in career direction and a 43% increase in clarity on next steps. But beyond the numbers, what we see is a shift in how women relate to themselves and their future. They move from doubt to direction, from adapting to choosing.
Our ambition
We currently run multiple cohorts per year in the Netherlands, supported by a growing network of experienced professionals who volunteer their time and expertise.
At the same time, our ambition is bigger. We are building towards an international movement and a strong, lasting community of women who continue to support each other throughout their careers.
By 2030, we aim to positively impact 5,000 women. To get there, we need to grow. And growth requires investment.
